By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and condition stated below. All payment are to be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), prices do not include any import duties that may be added by order destination country. 
 

Return/ Refund Policy
In general, NIAG accept return on product or refund for product under certain circumstances such as: 
i) Items are defective upon receiving
ii) clients/ buyers receive incorrect order
iii) Return on product need to make within 30days of receipt in the original packaging along with copy of purchase invoice or order acknowledgment. 
iv) Clients/ buyers will be responsible for all shipping charged back to NIAG.
